If you're struggling, you're doing it wrong

One thing that I have found in my years of teaching MS Office is, if you are struggling to get it to do what you want, you're doing it wrong. 

Nothing I have ever had to do, was I the first person to do it, or that it hadn't been thought about. 

The purpose of this blog is to help with the thought and concepts behind why you do the tasks, makes it easier to understand how to do the task.
