MCA Engineers/InDyne is responsible for the 30 Space Wing launch and computer support at Vandenberg AFB.

 
·                  Taught over 6,000 Department of Defense civilian employees and active military professionals.  Consistently received top marks on evaluations by students
·                  Created training schedules, tracking registration, attendance and training requirements that saved 50 hours per month and allowed easy production of evaluation reports each month
·                  Setup and maintained a two classroom 14-student schoolhouse allowing a 50-week training schedule
·                  Established a “Lunch and Learn” program to meet needs of military personnel unable to attend multiple day training classes.   Programs allowed a spotlight on a specific aspect of a program
·                  Added five new training programs including Acrobat Writer and Adobe Photoshop Elements as a value-added benefit to the AF
·                  Received award from Base Security Police for efforts in training staff members. Taught and troubleshot Security Force database that was instrumental in saving man-years in lieu of man-hours

Additionally, IA staff reduced time needed to produce usable data by several hours each week
·                  Designed databases for multiple organizations including a protocol database that tracked VIPs and military base events. Created a database enabling MCA staff to track PC Tech service calls. As a result, Program Manager prepared monthly reports in half the time
·                  Persuaded government representatives to provide students with take-home books, and to provide replaced MS Office 2000 books to contract employees who enroll in class, saving the books from being discarded and, in turn, lower costs to the AF on the skills gained by the contractors
·                  Frequently train organizational commanders on an individual basis, with very minimal lead-time and no formal lessons
